At 9 pm, the stage is at first pitch dark, only lit by a few lights and mobilephone light…
Everyone is cheering and excited…Then, the opening notes “Shepherd of Fire” begin pumping through the sound system and the crowd went crazy. Before you know it, Synyster Gates (lead guitar), Zacky Vengeance (guitar) and Johnny Christ (bass) and Arin Ilejay (drums) with killer vocals by M. Shadows are prowling around onstage and launches the opening song “Shepherd of Fire”, and continue to tear the stage with second song of the night “Critical Acclaim” followed by “Welcome to the Family”…

Ripping in the fourth song, “Hail To The King” from the new album, the band keeps us engaged with our arms in the air and shout “Hail” !!!!! The thrill ride continues with “Beast And The Harlot”.

Keeping the melodic guitar driven attack flowing with “Buried Alive” and “Seize The Day”,

The band continued on with their hits “Nightmare”, “Chapter Four” & “Almost Easy”…

A 10 minutes searing guitar solo by the guitar heroes Synyster Gates while others took a quick break..

Energy just continued to grow louder with mini sing a long session during “Afterlife”…

Afterlife part 1

M. Shadows took the time to get everyone involved in one big chant for “This Means War” which the crowd really got into once it started up that had everyone pumping their fist and screaming along…

This Means War !!!

Crowd chanted, roared, threw two-finger devil salutes, waved their hands in the air for power ballads and sang along with big catch-phrase choruses…

After 14 headbanging hits, it was time to call it a night. But the crowd would’t hear of that. As the fans started to chant for more, the crowd beckoned for an encore, chanting “SEVENFOLD!” for a protracted period of time, the A7x boys obliged and came back on stage to play “Unholy Confessions” …

Unholy confessions…

2 hours and 15 minutes show where they played songs from all their greatest hits…You know what A7x does best, performing for thousands of screaming fans and putting on one hell of an amazing show. Their energy was exactly what you expect from a rock show. All the bands interacted with the crowd, they rocked out hard ! shredding guitars! ear popping bass! pounding drums and raspy voice transitioned effortlessly between powerful screams and clean vocals…

MISTAH MOMENTS :
– Before the show start..regular zone fans break down the barrier and joining those in front..
– When the crowd sing-along gives me goosebumps…
– Deathbat (a skull with bat wings) showed up few times on the big screen with Malaysia flag as the background..
– The crowd erupted whenever Synyster Gates and Zacky Vengeance played side by side the impossible riffs of their solos…
– Crazy mosh pit  / walls of death….
– After the show was over they even stayed on stage for a while to give stuff (picks, drum sticks, setlist) to the fans..
