Heineken Tees Off to a Flying Start !
Two amateur golfers at the Heineken Championship 2013 will secure places to play in
the prestigious CIMB Classic 2013 Pro-Am.
The heat is on as Malaysian amateur golfers from golf clubs nationwide prepare to earn the right to be crowned winners of the first ever Heineken Championship 2013 on 11 October at Glenmarie Golf & Country Club. Doubling as a pre-qualifier, the two best gross scoring golfers from the Heineken Championship will secure highly coveted places to play in the prestigious CIMB Classic Pro-Am on 23 October 2013 with some of the world’s best international golfing stars.
Heineken has been a long-term sponsor of premier sporting events in the global arena, including the UEFA Champions League, the most prestigious club competition in European football, the Heineken Cup, the leading international club rugby competition, and the US Open, one of the most high-profile tournaments in tennis.
The world’s no.1 international premium beer continues to add to its impressive repertoire of successful sporting partnerships with its recent collaboration as the official beverage partner of the CIMB Classic 2013 at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (KLGCC) from 24 to 27 October, indisputably cementing Heineken’s reputation as leaders in its trade.
