Kuala Lumpur, 14 March 2019: As we celebrate “International Women’s Day” this month, we are reminded of the strong women in our lives. This month is all about honouring women especially those who struggle tremendous obstacles, rise above them and continue persevering. Let’s also honor women who have achieved great things while standing up for themselves in the face of oppression.

Synonymous to this celebration, the world also pays tribute to Whitney Houston, one of the most awarded female artists of all time by Guinness World Records. Although she battled many hardships, she made an impact in the world today because she believed in herself reflecting the lyrics in her song “Greatest Love of All” – “I decided long ago never to walk in anyone’s shadow; if I fail, or if I succeed at least I did as I believe”.

In line with this tribute, Kuala Lumpur will welcome “REMEMBERING WHITNEY – THE GREATEST LOVE OF ALL” live music concert direct from Las Vegas presented by Milestone Productions Sdn Bhd on 22nd and 23rd March at Istana Budaya in KL. To make the show more meaningful and to join in the celebration of honouring women, Milestone Productions invites show goers to “sponsor a survivor” to catch the show. Every “sponsor a survivor” ticket purchased goes to a women survivor (single mothers, cancer survivors etc) and it comes with light dinner.

I will give the audience a piece of my soul as I perform and pay homage to an amazing vocalist. Growing up similar to Whitney in the church, I want to give a soulful and powerful performance that the audience will never forget. As Whitney would say; I’m Every Woman – it’s all in me.”

“REMEMBERING WHITNEY- THE GREATEST LOVE OF ALL” is a 90-minute live music concert celebrating the life and top selling hits of the late Whitney Houston. Trina Johnson Finn, one of the few women who can step into Whitney’s “larger-than-life” role, will enthral Malaysians with breath taking renditions of Whitney’s memorable classics, including “Greatest Love of All”, “I’m Every Woman,” “Queen of the Night,” “How Will I Know,” “I Will Always Love You,” “I Have Nothing,” “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.”, to name a few.
